This site is very helpful to new and old teachers looking for teaching jobs or even to those non educ grads and to maximize its use I suggest let us put a forum for teachers to exchange best practices in teaching ESL and also sharing some materials. I have read few forums and there are interested individuals who want to venture into ESL teaching since the requirement is not much as long as they can speak English but the problem is they do not have any idea how this goes even demo teaching.

In my previous company, I do interviews to applicants and observe demo teaching and sad to say the potential is there but needs guidance. Also in the hope that this will give more idea and knowledge to practicing teachers...
