Applying in a call center would really tell if someone is a high competent individual because in the first place you will be meeting those questions mentioned in the initial and second interviews.These would really tell if you as an applicant can really respond at once on the queries of the callers in a most conversant way.But anyway you have now the list of the top interview question and you can just scribble it down and rehearse your responses.
